With more than a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, as well as being a qualified Exercise Referral Instructor and Nutrition Coach, I have devoted much of my life to learning about and implementing the best training methods to help you reach your fitness, health and wellbeing goals.
My exercises and workout plans are based upon functional movements which will correct the muscle imbalances caused by repetitive activities such as driving and sitting at a desk. Not only will this improve your postural awareness and help to relieve aches and pains, it is also the best approach to increase your metabolic rate for burning unwanted body fat!
Setting the bar as high as possible when it comes to movement quality not only minimises your injury risk – it can be the difference between seeing the results you really want or reaching a plateau. There is no perfection, but there is always something you can do to progress!
